Finding a small lump in your breast can be scary. We did some research and found out why some people have a small lump in their breast.

There’s a lot of information out there, but here’s what we came up with:

When you find a small lump in your breast, most of the time it’s a cyst. If it’s firm, smooth, and round, you shouldn’t be worried, as most breast lumps are not cancerous. Many lumps can actually mimic cancer, which is the tricky part. There is a quick self-examination you can do to yourself to find out. Here’s how to do it.

We found a helpful graphic by verywell Health which illustrates how you can perform a breast cancer self-examination test.

What does a cancerous breast lump feel like? According to verywell, it typically it’s hard to the touch, feels like a pebbly surface, does not move during your exam, and is located in the upper, outer, and quadrant part of the breast.

What is the Physical Symptom of a Small Lump in My Breast?

As soon as you feel an irregularity, lots of questions and concerns come to mind.

“What lumps in my breasts are normal?” “How long has this been here?” “What caused it?” “Is this dangerous?” “Could it be cancerous?” “Should I see a doctor?”

As we already mentioned, most are not cancerous. However, it’s still important to confirm this for yourself and be safe. Common sense is a big player here.

While most of these small lump cysts can be addressed with a new revolutionary piece of technology, let’s find out what causes them in the first place.

What Lumps in Breasts Are Normal & What Lumps Aren’t?

The human body is full of small “lumps”. In breasts, lumps might refer to lobes, lobules, or lymph nodes. These different lumps are 100% normal and important for breast health, especially in women.

Sometimes, though, bumps aren’t “normal”. Sometimes small lumps form over time, and you find them one day and get worried. Any normal human would be worried. It’s normal.

It is important, though, that you confirm your lump is not precancerous. Verywell Health points out that there are milk-duct-like tumors called intraductal papillomatosis that come out of the nipple and are often noted by the presence of nipple discharge.

What Causes Abnormal Lumps in Breasts?

The most common causes of small lumps in the breast, according to the Mayo Clinic, are:

  • Breast Cysts - Round, smooth, and firm lumps caused be dilated milk ducts filled with fluid. Cysts can usually be drained by a doctor or medical provider if they’re causing lots of pain, in just a few minutes.

  • Fibroadenomas - Solid, non-cancerous breast tumors that easily move under the skin. These non-cancerous tumors may shrink or grow over time, but can also be removed by the doctor if necessary.

  • Injuries/Injections - Also known as fat necrosis, small lumps in the breast after an injury can be linked to abscesses in the breast tissue. These lumps will most likely go away over time as your body heals itself.

  • Breast Cancer - small lumps in the breast that are painless, hard, and have an irregular shape might indicate breast cancer. These lumps can be life-threatening and should be examined by a medical professional.

How To Address Small Lumps in the Breast?

These types of lumps are fairly common and become more apparent as you get older.

Visiting your doctor every time a small lump or bump occurs can be time-consuming and expensive, especially since tons of these lumps aren’t fatal.

Between the hours of waiting to get into the doctor, the money you’d spend on co-pays, specialists, and tests, it can make you feel exhausted. Of course, you want to make sure you receive proper testing and take this seriously, but there are other more cost-effective options to take care of your breast lump.

For people like Erin, she chose a less invasive and inexpensive option for addressing the small lump in her breast. The best part is she did it all from the comfort of her home at a significantly lower price point! She used the WAVwatch, the world’s first sound frequency therapy watch.

Erin’s Amazing Story with WAVwatch Technology

Erin had “a dense quarter-sized lump” in her breast. “It was so apparent that I was scheduled for a biopsy two weeks from today,” Erin told us.

Thankfully, though, Erin tried the WAVWatch first before spending hundreds of dollars with her scheduled surgery.

“There is a warm tingle up my arm, shoulder, neck and breast using benign breast lump frequency. After sitting for about 30 minutes, I have to look and push to find it (lump)...I will be canceling my surgery.  I am VERY grateful and AMAZED.”

How Does the WAVWwatch Do It? Sound Frequency Technology!

WAVWatch is a revolutionary self-care device that addresses tons of breast health concerns, including fibroadenomas, calcifications, fibrocystic breasts, and fibroid cysts.

For Erin and other WAVWatch customers, addressing health concerns is as simple as slipping on the watch and choosing a sound frequency. This all happens at any time or at any location.

Here’s how it works: If you broadcast certain resonant sound frequencies to many organisms in your body, it may weaken them and correct imbalances. Common types of health problems are no different. There are specific sound frequencies that can target parts of your body and system. See our testimonies for real-life examples.

According to Medical News Today, sound frequency therapy utilizes different sound frequencies to address many different medical issues.

The WAVWatch makes sound frequency therapy easy by giving you access to more than 450 different sound frequencies for addressing common health concerns.

What were Allison’s WAVWatch Results?

“I used the WAVwatch for 30 minutes on breast benign tumor setting.   The lump hadn’t changed in over 6 months.  While wearing the watch I felt burning (non-painful) in my breast.  Afterward, my lump changed from being like a hard almond to the touch of a tapioca pearl.”  Needless to say, Allison who is a nurse was very impressed.

Sandra is another happy WAVwatch user.  “I am taking bio-identical hormones which are causing breast tenderness, especially in my left breast.  After thermography, images showed a great amount of redness in the left breast area and surrounding. After using the WAVwatch for 30 minutes, which was set up to address the hormones in my body, I noticed no breast tenderness, especially in my left breast.  Another thermogram was completed and it also showed a significantly less amount of redness or inflammation.  Most significant to me is I’m feeling no breast tenderness, it had been aching for over a month.”
