It’s been interesting. I’m using it most of the time. Sometimes I don’t feel or hear any sound when the watch is on but others times I do. I have tried the parasite setting twice. I noticed that it makes a growly sounding noise. I can only leave it on for about an hour and will get some nausea. Then I would change to the nausea setting and it would go away in about 30 minutes. I woke up with stiff neck and shoulder muscles and set for muscle recovery and support which was much better in about an hour. I developed a tension pressure headache and the head tension headache was much better after an hour or so. Normally I would take two Tylenol which would usually get better within 2-4 hrs with that level of pain. I’m using sleep settings every night and am definitely sleeping much better. I had a pattern of either having trouble not falling asleep or waking up too early and not being able to go back to sleep. I’m getting to sleep easier and staying asleep longer and usually can get back to sleep right away more consistently than before. A few nights have even slept for six or seven hours when my pattern was four or five hours at a time! I’m still experimenting but think it’s worthwhile and I will keep using it.

Did my research up front and decided it was worth a try. I can't believe what it has done for me. The outcome so far has been significant enough that I already have a 2nd watch for my spouse. I have spent more money other "fixes" for what is wrong with me, but I am feeling effects from this one. I have significant neuropathy from guillain barre syndrome. The nerves I thought would never come back are firing again (shooting pain felt during regrowth) and I can fell my toes for the first time in about 5 years. DO THIS- you have nothing to lose. With all the options inside this device there is bound to be something there for what is keeping you down.

Last few years, I had developed HemiFacial Spasm Disorder. Was starting to get almost debilitating. In just the week I've ran the Eye Support frequency, it's all but disappeared. Extreme exhaustion or stress I'll notice a couple of spasms, but just a few. WAVWatch has been totally worth it just for that reason alone.

Just getting started with many of the frequencies but feel a great sense of relief that help is here! I need to continue to try all the frequencies for my ailments but have been very happy with the calming frequency so far as thats been a great need. Looking forward to healing in many areas!
